Luke is a member of the Oil & Gas team in Reed Smith’s Energy & Natural Resources Group. Luke is a litigator specializing in lease disputes, with significant experience in a number of other areas including pipeline encroachment issues, order of payment issues, condemnations, dormant mineral act claims, and fraud actions. In addition, Luke has done personal injury defense work, and handled class action and mass plaintiff claims. Luke has significant experience in the federal and state courts of both Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and has also handled a number of matters with the American Arbitration Association.
