Max Louik is an associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. He concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration, with a focus on insurance recovery on behalf of policyholders. Max’s experience representing policyholders includes mass tort product liability matters, long-tail environmental claims and first-party property claims. His commercial litigation experience includes commercial contract and warranty cases, and he has represented clients defending both toxic and non-toxic product liability matters.
