She provides guidance on state and federal fraud and abuse laws (including the Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute), fee-splitting and corporate practice of medicine considerations, professional and facility licensing issues, federal health care program participation and reimbursement matters, and health information privacy issues. Arielle’s practice also involves representing buyers and sellers in transactions involving life sciences and health care companies, including the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and regulatory due diligence.

Arielle also serves on the Board of Directors for The Center for Emerging Visual Artists (CFEVA), a nonprofit organization that works to advance the careers of professional artists in the Philadelphia region, and to increase access to and promote a greater interest and understanding of the visual arts.
