Camille is an associate in the EU, Competition & Regulatory team in our Paris office.
She advises French and international companies in issues relating to the French and European competition, distribution, and consumer protection laws. She represents both French and international companies before the French jurisdictions.
Her areas of expertise include restrictive competition practices, commercial disputes, distribution contracts, and regulatory issues.
Camille currently assists clients in litigation matters regarding payment terms, follow-on damages claims, termination of commercial relations, and all areas related to the distributor-supplier relations.
