Chris has served as lead counsel on hundreds of M&A and investment deals over the past decade. His transactional abilities span a wide range of industries, including technology, business software and services, health care, consumer products, manufacturing, staffing and financial services.

In addition, Chris serves as outside general counsel to private businesses, including many private equity-backed and venture-backed portfolio companies. He provides strategic guidance on diverse legal and business matters, such as add-on acquisitions, corporate governance, equity compensation, capital raising, joint ventures, customer contracts and general corporate concerns.
