Brad represents clients across many industries, including energy, manufacturing, financial services, agriculture, retail and hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences, as well as companies operating in the natural resources sector and in natural gas gathering and distribution. He also regularly conducts internal investigations related to allegations of corporate misconduct, fraud, regulatory inquiries, industrial accidents, and root cause analysis.

In addition, Brad has been called upon to serve as an arbitrator and mediator in commercial, energy, and franchise disputes. Brad speaks regularly on topics of interest to the petroleum and natural gas industries and more generally on the topics of trade secrets and restrictive covenants.

He is very active in his community, and in the child welfare system in particular. He is a former chairman of the board of Pressley Ridge, a nonprofit organization delivering an array of services to troubled and developmentally challenged children, a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Civil Litigation Section Council, and a Court Appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children in Allegheny County. Brad serves on the Board of Visitors of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, the Pastoral Council of Mother of Sorrows Roman Catholic Parish, and the Murrysville Area Soccer Association, and has been a youth soccer coach for the past 10 years.
