Bob is a member of the firm’s Global Corporate Group, based in the Chicago office. He currently serves as the U.S. Vice-Chair of the firm’s Global M&A Group and as Chair of the Chicago office’s summer associate committee. Bob concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, equity financing transactions, corporate governance issues, and general corporate law matters for private equity funds and their portfolio companies, independent sponsors, and other public and privately held businesses. His transaction experience spans a wide range of industries and deal sizes.

Advised Right at School, LLC, one of the fastest growing for-profit service providers of afterschool/before school childcare and pre-K-12 educational enrichment, in its equity recapitalization with Prairie Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm.
Represented Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded consumer products company, in its acquisition of DenTek Oral Care from its respective private equity sponsor.
Represented Danish Crown in the sale of its Plumrose business to a large Brazilian food manufacturer.
Counsel to Union Leasing, Inc., a fleet leasing and management service provider, in its acquisition of Walser Leasing.
Represented Global Organic/Specialty Source, Inc., in its sale to Albert’s Organics, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of United Natural Foods.
Assisted Ontario Teachers Pension Plan and Wind Point Partners in the acquisition of Aurora Plastics Group, Inc. and represented Aurora Plastics Group, Inc. in several subsequent acquisitions.
Represented Crisp Media, Inc. in its sale to Quotient Technology Inc., a public company focused on digital promotions, media and analytics.
