Guy is counsel in the Global Corporate Group. Guy advises institutional investors – pension funds, endowments, private foundations, family offices and outsourced chief investment offices (OCIOs) – with respect to their portfolio investments. In particular, he negotiates the terms on which his institutional investor clients invest with external managers and private funds. Guy also represents investment managers with respect to operations, financing, and portfolio transactions.
