Dual-qualified in England and Italy, Robbie has a strong record advising major shipowners, commodity traders, and financial institutions on structuring complex cross-border deals and complying with maritime regulations. His specific areas of focus include ship sale and purchase, shipbuilding, ship loans, sale and leaseback, refinancing and restructuring, ship management (including pool and profit-sharing agreements), joint ventures, and logistics and transhipment projects.
