He works across both traditional and emerging real estate asset classes. His experience includes office, retail, industrial, multi-family, detached residential (sale and rental), infrastructure, and alternative asset classes. He also has substantial experience with large-scale construction and development projects and sophisticated mixed-use, master-planned, and entitlement-contingent projects.

As global co-chair of the firm’s Data Centers team within the Real Estate Group, John advises clients on digital infrastructure projects across development, construction, investments, leasing, and operations. He brings significant experience in data-center and technology-related facilities and works seamlessly with colleagues across practices to support clients on the full range of issues in this evolving sector.

John is a frequent speaker and writer on real estate transactions, development matters, and telecommunications and power issues impacting the real estate industry.
