Bob is a partner in Reed Smiths Energy and Natural Resources and Financial Industry Groups and is based in New York. He has over 30 years’ experience representing developers, borrowers, contractors, manufacturers, and financial institutions in a wide variety of energy, project finance, and infrastructure matters, including the front-end development and financing of major energy and production facilities, onshore wind farms, offshore wind farms, and solar facilities, as well as the back-end workout and restructuring of major energy facilities. Bob’s experience includes drafting and negotiating project financing documents and operational project agreements, including EPC agreements, sales and warranty agreements, O&M agreements, and LNG terminal services agreements.
