Bob is a partner in Reed Smith's Energy and Natural Resources and Financial Industry Groups and is based New York. He has over thirty years’ experience representing developers, borrowers, contractors, manufacturers and financial institutions in a wide variety of energy, project finance and infrastructure matters, including the front-end development and financing of major energy and production facilities, onshore wind farms, offshore wind farms and solar facilities, and back-end workout and restructuring of major energy facilities. Bob’s experience includes drafting and negotiation of project financing documents and operational project agreements including EPC, sales and warranty agreements, O&M agreements and LNG terminal services agreements.
