The meeting where the leadership, Interest Groups and members come together to plan for the year and to get CLE at the cutting edge, this is the Section's "flagship" program. This program is designed to address the issues that experts in the field consider on the horizon for the health care industry. Always held at a family friendly resort, the program promises to provide not only excellent continuing legal education and increased involvement in the Section, but a welcome respite for you and the family in the midst of a long winter.
Our partner, Daniel A. Cody, will participate in the following two panel discussions:

Such changes include a new, uniform five step appeals process for both Medicare Part A and Part B providers and suppliers, establishment of new appeal entities, the consolidation of all Medicare appeals with the Department of Health and Human Services, and changes in the beneficiary appeals process. This program will provide an overview of the changes, and report on successes and shortcomings of the new process.
