Reed Smith's Commercial Disputes Group will be holding a breakfast session at the London office on Tuesday 24th February designed for in-house lawyers and covering some of the key topics that regularly occur when managing litigation.
Emma Lenthall and Tom Webley will guide you through a range of issues including pre-action steps (and managing communications), strategic settlement approaches, jurisdiction issues, interim applications, ADR and the procedural stages leading to a trial.
