Tom has extensive experience dealing with disputes and regulatory issues, particularly involving the financial services industry, and regularly acts for banks and financial services institutions on the advisory side as well as on contentious matters.
This experience includes acting on complex, high-value and multi-jurisdictional matters for a wide range of clients including central banks, retail banks, investment banks, corporate trustees and parties involved in a broad spectrum of finance, from structured finance to trade and commodity finance.
In addition to this, Tom is part of the firm’s global environmental, social and governance (ESG) practice, and has a particular focus on the environment and governance aspects of ESG. He also has a particular interest in matters involving cyber issues.
