Following the success of Part 1 of the Reed Smith Masterclass Series, this second session will provide a practical and comparative analysis of how to deal with issues of time during project execution against the backdrop of the SCL Protocol. Common and civil law perspectives and experiences of both the speakers and participants will be explored in a workshop style event based on a real life case study. The seminar will coincide with the French translation and release of the second edition of the Protocol.

The third seminar in this series will be held in March in our Paris office, further details to follow.
