Whether it’s producing data from personal devices and collaborative tools or the relevance of shared notes and linked attachments, who’s on the hook when it comes to cybersecurity and data breaches or understanding corporate e-discovery and e-discovery in the Metaverse, there are a number of "hot button" issues that tend to arise repeatedly in e-discovery, and where there are strongly opposing views.
