This session explores gas asset management agreements (AMAs) to explain why they are used, who uses them, the benefits of AMAs, and some of the pitfalls that exist in entering into them. Craig will address the FERC rules that give rise to AMAs, deal structures and entities that benefit from using AMAs, critical provisions in AMAs, and pitfalls in drafting AMAs.
