Christian's session will include a discussion of FDA's start of introducing regulation for AI in pharmaceutical and medical devices, as well as the recent first human trials of drugs developed at least in party by AI; the anticipated use of AI integration by plaintiffs' bar for alternative design and failure to warn arguments; AI hot topics and emerging case law for products cases; and how young lawyers can use AI to assist in the development of products defenses in pending cases at the non-partner level.
