9 October 2017, LONDON - Reed Smith LLP has advised the Civil Aviation Authority, in relation to the insolvency of Monarch Airlines and the regulator’s decisions on the airline’s Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (Atol) and its Operating Licence.
Working with the CAA's own in-house legal team, Richard Spafford advised on licensing and regulatory issues and Charlotte Møller led a team advising on the insolvency law and contingency planning for the repatriation.
