Frankfurt, (4 October 2017) – Reed Smith partner Anette Gärtner has become a full member of the prestigious GRUR patent law experts panel (Fachausschuß für Patentrecht). Appointment to the panel is via selection only.
GRUR is the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property. Founded in 1891, it is both the oldest and largest association of its kind in Germany.
Speaking on the appointment, Anette said “This is a great honour, I am thrilled. Cross-border patent litigation is an art. So both from a professional and an academic perspective I look forward to contributing to the further development of patent law at the German and international level”.
