Reed Smith again has been named one of the Top International Law Firms doing business in Latin America by news and analysis publisher Latinvex. The publisher also ranked Reed Smith third in the Arbitration subcategory.
Reed Smith boosted its arbitration and litigation practice when it acquired Astigarraga Davis and opened its Miami office in the spring of 2017.
In May 2020, Miami partner José Astigarraga along with Houston partner Francisco Rivero were named by Latinvex as among “Latin America’s Top 100 Lawyers.” Latinvex selected Miami-based partner M. Cristina Cárdenas as one of Latin America's “Top 100 Female Lawyers” in 2020.
