Houston-based counsel Antoine Smiley has authored an article in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb)’s Arbitration: The International Journal of Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Management.
Antoine’s article, entitled “An Unwanted Intrusion: Challenging the Appointment of Experts in International Arbitration”, explores the circumstances in which a party might have grounds to challenge the appointment of a party-appointed expert, resulting in the expert’s disqualification or exclusion from proceedings.
