Aaron regularly defends lenders and financial institutions in all phases of mortgage lending and property-related litigations in state, federal and municipal court. He has extensive experience arguing dispositive motions in the trial courts, taking and defending complex depositions, and has substantial trial experience, acting as lead counsel and trying cases through verdict and briefing and arguing appeals before the New Jersey Appellate Division. He has obtained favorable results, including settlements on claims related to consumer fraud, predatory lending, unfair modification practices, securitization, and alleged violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Truth in Lending Act, Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices, Act, among other statutes.
