From our Munich office, Jörn Halling finds result-oriented solutions in the enforcement or defence of claims as well as the enforcement of foreign court decisions/ and arbitral awards in Germany.
In addition, Jörn Halling has been supporting clients from the health care industry for several years in conducting internal investigations and optimising their compliance guidelines.
Mr. Halling has extensive experience abroad, having provided legal advice to clients in Latin America, Asia and other European countries. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is the German contact person for the Reed Smith "Latin American Business Group".
In addition to his regular client work, Mr. Halling also regularly applies his knowledge and experience to the firm's pro bono projects. Among other things, he is involved in international refugee aid (see also Media NY Times; Media NY Times June; Pro Bono Refugee Protection).
