Based in our Munich office, Jörn Halling provides advice to domestic and international clients that is focused on finding the right solution, particularly in relation to the enforcement or defence of claims in post-M&A disputes, cross-border internal investigations, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions and arbitral awards in Germany.
As part of the Global Commercial Disputes Group, he regularly advises clients from a wide range of industries, in particular the financial services and life sciences sectors.
In addition, Jörn has extensive international experience through his legal advice to local clients in Latin America, Asia and other European countries, speaks fluent English and Spanish, and is the German contact for our Latin America Business Team.
