Michael has over 25 years of commercial litigation experience representing clients before trial courts and arbitration panels in high-stakes disputes, and has tried numerous cases in court and in arbitration. A member of the Global Commercial Disputes Group, Michael handles matters involving, among other things, class actions, trade secrets and employee restrictive covenants, breach of fiduciary duty, trusts and estates, shareholder disputes, contracts, and real estate.
Michael has extensive experience representing some of the largest pharmacies and financial institutions in the country in complex matters, including class actions.
Michael also has extensive experience representing trustees and individuals in trust and estate litigation, including in will contests and claims involving the meaning of trust terms, trustee duties, and undue influence.
Michael is also active in pro bono matters, including representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
