Focusing on technology and procurement transactions, as well as agreements related to banking regulatory compliance, Zach brings a unique perspective as an associate in the Global Corporate Group.
His practice includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts for clients in the consumer retail, information technology, and the financial services industries. With respect to agreements in the financial services industry, Zach has a deep understanding of the applicable rules and regulations promulgated under various third-party risk management regimes, including the Fed and OCC’s “Interagency Guidance on Third-Party Relationships”, the European Banking Authority (EBA) Guidelines on outsourcing arrangements, the Prudential Regulation Authority’s (PRA) Supervisory Statement on outsourcing and third-party risk management, and Prudential Standard CPS 230/231 – “Operational Risk Management” issued by The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA). Zach also provides support on technology and data-related issues in mergers and acquisitions and in providing general corporate advice.
