With respect to agreements in the financial services industry, Zach has a deep understanding of the applicable rules and regulations promulgated under various third-party risk management regimes, including the Fed and OCC’s “Interagency Guidance on Third-Party Relationships”, the European Banking Authority (EBA) Guidelines on outsourcing arrangements, the Prudential Regulation Authority’s (PRA) Supervisory Statement on outsourcing and third-party risk management, and Prudential Standard CPS 230/231 – “Operational Risk Management” issued by The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA). Zach also provides support on technology and data-related issues in mergers and acquisitions and in providing general corporate advice.
