Mark has extensive experience in handling high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes (including cross-border litigation and arbitration proceedings) and the mediation of such disputes. His practice has a strong focus on the handling of disputed claims and advising on risk management issues for a range of non-marine and marine insurance risks - including in relation to professional indemnity, financial institutions, directors’ and officers’ liability, property, energy and construction risks.

In addition, Mark spent two years in the Dubai office of a U.S. firm, during which time he also cemented his growing reputation for handling complex international arbitration proceedings and in advising a range of commercial clients on core risk management issues, including the structuring of insurance arrangements, corporate governance matters and anti-corruption policies and procedures.
