Donna’s practice focuses on start-up and emerging growth companies as well as venture capital firms, angel investors, and other experienced investors. In her emerging companies practice, she provides strategic legal and business advice to her clients including formation, capital-raising, corporate governance, securities and corporate finance matters, and joint ventures.

Donna is a member of the Reed Smith Women’s Initiative Network and the Reed Smith Diversity Committee.
