Charles is an EU antitrust & competition and EU regulatory lawyer based in Brussels.
Charles acts on all aspects of EU competition law, merger control, state aid and EU regulatory. Charles regularly advises clients on cases before the European Commission and national competition authorities at EU and Member States levels and around the world.
Charles joined Reed Smith in July 2020 as an associate. He is a member of the Paris Bar (France) and registered on the “E list” of EU lawyers entitled to practice at the Brussels bar (Belgium).
Charles also holds the Pro Bono associate position for the Reed Smith Brussels office, and advises charities and not-for-profit organizations, with a particular focus on law and practice of modern slavery and human trafficking.
