Greyson is a senior associate in the firm’s Financial Industry Group. With a focus on financial services litigation, Greyson represents major financial institutions, including mortgage lenders and loan servicers, in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York, as well as in AAA and JAMS arbitration forums.
Greyson has experience litigating and arbitrating complex cases, including those involving lender liability, consumer fraud, and alleged violations of state and federal statutes, such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Billing Act, Consumer Fraud Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. With extensive knowledge in all aspects of litigation, Greyson has successfully tried multiple jury and bench trials. He has also successfully defended against several appeals before the New Jersey Appellate Division and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Prior to joining the firm, Greyson served as the law clerk to the Honorable Ana C. Viscomi, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, County of Middlesex, Civil Division, for the 2018-2019 court term. During his clerkship, Greyson was responsible for the management of Judge Viscomi’s voluminous motion docket, which involved consumer class -actions and mass-tort asbestos litigation.
