She regularly negotiates executive severance agreements, trains and counsels employers on federal state and employment laws and compliance matters, and reviews policies and high-level employment agreements.

Jill’s practice spans multiple industries including healthcare, transportation and technology. Jill also is a member of the firm’s Retail & Consumer Goods group, where she focuses on advising consumer goods brands.
