Jill represents corporate clients in complex litigation matters, including employment discrimination lawsuits, whistleblower cases, matters arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, trade secret and non-compete matters, Americans with Disabilities Act cases, and Family and Medical Leave Act disputes. She practices in federal and state trial and appellate courts and before arbitrators and administrative review judges.
