She has considerable experience of conducting litigation in the Employment Tribunals, regularly acting for clients in connection with various types of complex and high-value claims including discrimination and whistleblowing. She is also experienced in advising clients on matters involving individual and team moves, including the enforcement of garden leave provisions, restrictive covenants and confidentiality obligations, and the litigation of disputes involving these issues in the High Court.

Helena is regularly involved in the management of significant employment projects, often involving multiple jurisdictions, and the provision of strategic advice on matters such as global restructuring processes and remuneration reviews.
