Jennifer is a senior associate in the firm's Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of product liability litigation. She has experience defending pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in mass tort litigation, involving products such as contraceptives and vaginal mesh. Jennifer has experience working on single plaintiff matters as well as coordinated cases and multidistrict litigation. She has counseled clients regarding the establishment of multidistrict litigations, and has had responsibility for drafting master responsive pleadings, initial pretrial orders, and uniform discovery. She has also provided guidance regarding selection of bellwether trial pool plaintiffs. Jennifer has also worked on other litigation matters including the defense of a defamation claim and various premises liability actions. Jennifer is experienced in general aspects of litigation, including conducting written and oral discovery, working with expert witnesses, and pre-trial motion practice.
