Nancy is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of health care regulatory law. Her practice focuses on fraud and abuse compliance (for example, compliance with the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute and beneficiary inducement prohibition), health information privacy and security compliance (HIPAA and state law), as well as health care licensing issues, False Claims Act defense, government investigations, and Medicare reimbursement. She works with all types of health industry clients, including various types of health care providers and suppliers, such as acute and post-acute institutional providers, pharmacies, independent diagnostic testing facilities, DMEPOS suppliers, and hospice companies, as well as pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
