Nan is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of health care regulatory law. Her practice focuses on the intersection of regulatory compliance and enforcement, relying on her significant expertise in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and Anti-Kickback, beneficiary inducement, Stark, and 60 Day Overpayment Rule compliance to inform defensive strategies in government investigations, administrative audits, and False Claims Act litigation on behalf of a wide variety of health care and life sciences companies. Nan is known for creative and practical solutions to complex regulatory issues that are informed by a deep understanding of the health care industry and appreciation for her clients’ businesses.
