Julia is a partner in the firm’s Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the areas of product liability litigation and commercial litigation. She defends pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in mass tort litigation, involving products such as contraceptives and vaginal mesh. Julia has experience working on single plaintiff matters, as well as coordinated cases and multidistrict litigation in both federal and state courts. She also has experience in handling general aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, coordinating and conducting discovery, taking fact depositions, working closely with experts, and extensive motion practice. She has also counseled clients in cases involving breach of contract, business torts, and other complex business disputes, as well as in government pharmaceutical pricing investigations.
