Joseph Mahady is a partner and trial lawyer in Reed Smith’s Philadelphia office whose national practice is focused on complex litigation and regulatory matters for clients in the health care and financial services sectors.
Joe has tried cases in both state and federal court, including serving as trial counsel in In re Prescription Opiate Litigation (N.D. Ohio), for one of the major wholesale pharmaceutical distributors. Joe has also served as trial counsel for a large financial institution where he, along with a colleague, obtained a full defense verdict following a multi-week jury trial.
