Donald joined Reed Smith as a trainee in August 2010 and qualified as a solicitor in our Hong Kong office in 2012. His current practice focuses on shipping, commodities, international arbitration and related court proceedings.
Donald is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (FHKIArb). He regularly handles arbitration proceedings under HKIAC, ICC and LMAA Rules. He also regularly handles and advises on winding up proceedings and enforcement of arbitral awards in Hong Kong.
Donald is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
