Baptiste has worked on a number of high-profile, innovative, bespoke and landmark transactions, most recently on impact and ethical finance, receiving recognition for his work in these areas. He helps clients navigate through new and complex regulations.

Baptiste is a regular speaker at Loan Market Association seminars on alternative lenders. He has been recognised among the “Best Lawyers” for Capital Markets in France, and was awarded “Commended” status at the FT Europe Innovative Lawyers awards. He was also ranked as “Excellent” in 2019 by Décideurs Juridiques et Financiers for Securitisation and Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Derivatives and Africa 2018 for legal advice on project financing (banks and sponsors).

Baptiste is also very much involved in pro bono and charitable work. He worked, on a pro bono basis, for the first-ever social impact bond issuance in France, and helped to set up the French branch of Aumazo, a charity that promotes the schooling of children in Africa.
