The pace of economic espionage and trade secret theft against U.S. corporations is accelerating. A recent report from the federal government found that "there appears to be multiple vectors of attack for persons and governments seeking to steal trade secrets. Foreign competitors of U.S. corporations, some with ties to foreign governments, have increased their efforts to steal trade secret information through the recruitment of current or former employees." Companies are searching for effective legal remedies.

This seminar, presented by a former senior federal prosecutor, a highly experienced intellectual property litigator and an FBI agent from the FBI’s San Francisco Field Division specializing in theft of trade secret investigations offers a multi-disciplinary strategy to combat this problem.
