Please join us for a seminar co-hosted by Reed Smith and the International Energy Credit Association (the IECA) which will look at, in the context of the trading and shipping of energy commodities, unforeseen events including credit events, force majeure, frustration, sanctions, illegality, piracy and war risks. It will include suggestions as to how these issues should be addressed in contracts and practical tips for dealing with them if they arise.

Case studies and practical examples will be discussed and audience interaction is encouraged!
