Reed Smith is hosting a panel discussion to explore the opportunities and support for developers and investors in PRS assets, balanced against the risks of lending for this product.

There has been significant interest in PRS as a development and investment real estate product over the last few years, as well as substantive Government support. The panel, moderated by Real Estate Finance Partner Francisca Sepulveda, will consist of a cross section of lenders, borrowers and the Homes and Communities Agency, who will provide valuable insight into the potential of direct lending against PRS development schemes as well as built-out investments.
