Please join us for a live CLE webinar on current and emerging trends in ADA accommodation issues.  As employers strive to create inclusive workplaces, they continue to struggle with ADA accommodation issues.  For example, the EEOC saw disability discrimination charges increase 6 percent from the previous year, the largest growth rate among all charges and the third-largest category overall.  While there are no bright line rules about what makes a reasonable accommodation, it is critical that employers are prepared to engage employees in the interactive process to address requests for accommodation.
