Each year since 2007, James Beck, the founder of the popular Drug and Device Law blog, has compiled and posted lists of the 10 best and 10 worst drug and medical device court decisions for that year, with the input of his fellow Drug and Device Law bloggers. Starting with their 2013 lists, the bloggers have followed up with a webinar discussing these decisions.
