In the second part of our webinar series, we shed light on the increasingly frequent tenant insolvency from the landlord's perspective and also explain the regulations issued in this regard due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We will also look in particular at issues relating to the continuation of the tenancy in tenant insolvency and any claims for surrender and eviction. Finally, there will be an open discussion.
