L. James D'Agostino of the McLean, Virginia office, represents clients in a variety of matters including government contract disputes, protests and claims.  He also has extensive experience representing clients in business transactions including joint venture and teaming agreements, and in the purchase and sale of business assets.  Mr. D'Agostino received his J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law.

Eric A. Dubelier in the Washington, D.C. office has significant experience with enforcement actions involving export control violations.  He also focuses his practice on international and domestic regulatory compliance and enforcement matters, and general white collar criminal litigation.  Mr. Dubelier is a 1981 graduate of Tulane University School of Law.

Lawrence F. Gilberti, Philadelphia office, concentrates his practice in all facets of estate planning, estate administration, the administration of charitable trusts, private foundations and other non-profit organizations.  He also has substantial transactional experience in corporate and real estate matters.  Mr. Gilberti received his J.D. from the New York University Law School in 1975.

Peter J. Kiernan's commercial practice primarily involves real estate development, asset management, enterprise and project finance, municipal finance, leasing, contract litigation, sophisticated corporate transactions including international joint ventures and mergers, and government negotiations/relations at all levels.  Resident in the New York office, Mr. Kiernan earned his J.D. in 1968 from Cornell University Law School.

Jonathan L. Levin of the Philadelphia office counsels financial institutions on the implications of federal and state banking and privacy laws, as well as insurance regulation and licensing issues.  He has handled financial institution charters and acquisitions, and has addressed regulatory issues in connection with major financing transactions.  Mr. Levin received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1973.

Jonathan E. Stark, in Princeton, concentrates his practice on the representation of banks, other institutional lenders and commercial borrowers in complex financing transactions.  He also has experience with a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions.  Mr. Stark received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1985.
