Reed Smith Rambaud Charot is delighted to announce the arrival of partner Vincent Lassalle a real estate specialist, to the firm’s Paris office. Vincent’s arrival marks the expansion of the firm’s real estate practice in Paris and brings the total number of lawyers, in the Paris office, to 29. He joins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he was counsel in the Paris office, prior to that he was at Gide Loyrette Nouel, a French law practice.
Vincent is a highly regarded real estate lawyer with broad experience in commercial property transactions and dispute matters. Typical clients have included high quality funds; financial institutions and those businesses involved in the investment, development and real estate aspects of corporate transactions and disputes.
Vincent will be responsible for leading the firm’s real estate team in Paris, in response to the continued growth in the French real estate market. His appointment brings the number of lawyers in the firm’s European real estate group to 60.
Vincent joins Reed Smith Rambaud Charot with senior associate Stéphanie Chalanset-Moulié from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, who specialised in the same area of practice.
