International law firm, Reed Smith recently advised new client UniCredit Group on its 20 per cent stake in Turkish automotive products firm Martur. Reed Smith was introduced to UniCredit Group in 2007, by existing client Arco, during a financing transaction with the Bulgarian telecommunications company CableTel.
UniCredit Group is a global banking and financial service organisation, with a strong presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
