NEW YORK (June 26, 2017) - Reed Smith, as a result of work conducted on behalf of Winsway Enterprises Holdings (now known as E-Commodities Holdings Limited), was the recipient of the Most Important Recognition Decision award at Global Restructuring Review’s GRR Awards 2017, held at a ceremony at the Waldorf Hotel in London on June 21. The award recognized our work in obtaining recognition from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York of parallel schemes of arrangement in Hong Kong and the British Virgin Islands (“BVI”).
The GRR Awards is the first annual celebration of the most important firms, cases and marketplace developments in cross-border restructuring and insolvency.
