Reed Smith attorneys kicked-off the partnership Monday at the first quarterly meeting. Alloy 26 currently is home to a wide array of Pittsburgh companies, including technology startups, entrepreneurs, small businesses and freelancers in various professions and industries.

Reed Smith has retained a dedicated desk, which will be staffed one day each week by one or more of a team of 10+ attorneys who provide topline legal consulting to companies on various topics and issues, including entity formation, capital raising, employment matters, intellectual property issues, and commercial agreements.
